About Kate
SHARING HER ARTISTIC PASSION
Kate has been painting homes, restaurants, libraries, churches, businesses, signs, schools, surfboards, and furniture for forty years. She has traveled all over the world painting and she has directed thousands of people on hundreds of murals around the US and world. She loves collaborating with others and painting with large groups on large walls. She would love to work with you and help you create the space you are envisioning with her art and your ideas.
In addition, Kate has been working as an art therapist in forensic settings for 20 years and specializes in social action art therapy. She is most passionate about giving as well as sharing her patients' voices and bridging the gap between those behind the fences and those outside of the fences. She currently works at Hawaii State Hospital.
